My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is unbeatable, right by the Mekong River with beautiful views and plenty to do nearby. The rooms were spacious but a bit outdated, like stepping back into the 80s. The service varied, with some friendly interactions but also times when the staff seemed a bit distant. Overall, it offers decent value for money but could use some updates.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the Royal Palace and many riverside restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, which made me feel welcomed. However, I did have some issues with the service that wasn’t always attentive, and while the dining options were decent, they could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were a few areas that could be better.
